Embark on an unforgettable group wildlife expedition through the lush jungles and vibrant ecosystems of Costa Rica! ITINERARY:
Day 1: Arrival to San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO). Transfer to villa in La Fortuna.
Day 2: Morning transfer to Tarcoles River where we can see giant American Crocodiles. Return to La fortuna in the evening. Night herping and overnight in La Fortuna. Here we can find several species of coral snakes, jumping vipers, and plenty of eyelash vipers!
Day 3-6: Visit surrounding areas in search of Costa Rican Wildlife. Activities can include visit hot springs and waterfalls, hike the volcano. Search for sloths, toucans, and other rainforest wildlife during the day. Night herping and overnight in La Fortuna
Day 7: Transport back to SJO International Airport ending Expedition.

Accommodations, local transportation, licensed bilingual wildlife guide, national park entrance fees, select activities.
NOT INCLUDED:
Flight/transport to Liberia, Costa Rica. Meals. Alcohol or extra food/snacks you wish to purchase. Any activities outside of the expedition dates.
